Breakfast Popsicles

What a great way to start your Saturday than breakfast popsicles!  These are the healthy kind, made with greek yogurt and fruit.  Super simple and only a few ingredients required.

Kiwi Strawberry yogurt popsicles

You will need (for 4 popsicles)

  • 1 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave sweetener
  • 2 strawberries sliced
  • 2 kiwis sliced

The popsicle mold I used is by ZOKU purchased from  There are 6 molds, a base, and 6 sticks with drip guards.

Wisk the yogurt, milk, and agave sweetener together.  Place sliced fruit in the mold and add yogurt mixture with a spoon. Freeze overnight.  Here’s what the popsicles look like fresh from the freezer.

Frozen yogurt popsicles

To remove mold, run warm water over the popsicle for about 30 seconds.  Then enjoy!  If you can’t finish the popsicle, the place the mold back on and re-freeze.
