This easy and delicious pine cone cheeseball will be a favorite for holiday gatherings. With just 3 ingredients, it’s super quick and has a lovely presentation for your table.
To make, soften two blocks of cream cheese, add the packet of Ranch dressing mix (not the dip) and 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese. I used a mix of sharp and regular cheddar cheeses. lt is always best to make one day ahead of time to allow the flavors to mix.
Place saran wrap on the bottom and top and form into a cone shape. Cool in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Unwrap cheeseball and place almonds for decoration using the pointy part facing outward. Once complete add some rosemary for garnish. Serve along with crackers and a veggie tree for fun holiday party appetizers!
